Julian R. Williams is a civil trial attorney, admitted to practice in Michigan and Federal courts. He earned his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and a bachleor's degree in English from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Mr. Williams previously was a union-side legal counsel in disputes between Michigan public school employees and public school districts. He currently tailors his practice representing employees in cases involving discrimination, harassment, denial of disability and health benefits, pension disputes, contract disputes, severance, overtime, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and ERISA. Mr. Williams has successfully represented clients by negotiating settlements, winning in litigation, and at administrative appeals.
